At Khealan Photography, I work closely with you to create sessions that honor your vision, fit your budget, and result in images that truly tell your story.

  • Essential Portrait: 1.5 hr session, 1–2 outfits, 15–20 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads — $425 + HST

    Business Headshot: 30 min session, 1 outfit, 5–10 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads — $215 + HST

    Extended Portrait: 2 hr session, 2–3 outfits, 1–2 setups, 25–30 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads — $550 + HST

    Signature Portrait Experience: 2.5–3 hr session, multiple outfits & locations, 35–40 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads, optional add-ons like extra edits or advanced retouching — $675 + HST

    Add-Ons: Extra edited images $55 + HST each, additional session time $150 + HST/hr, rush delivery (48–72 hr), prints, albums, or high-res files

  • Short Event Coverage: 2 hr coverage, 50–75 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads — $550 + HST

    Standard Event Coverage: 3–4 hr coverage, 100–150 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads — $850 + HST

    Extended Event Coverage: 5–6 hr coverage, 200+ edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads, optional add-ons like extra edits or rush delivery — $1,250 + HST

  • Mini Product Shoot: Up to 5 products, 15–20 edited images, online gallery with high-res downloads, small business / personal-use licence included — $350 + HST

Licensing Fees

  • Included with all standard packages. Non-exclusive licence for social media, website portfolios, or small-scale print marketing. Perfect for personal use or local business promotion.

  • Extended licence for projects distributed within a city, province, or region. Pricing starts at $150–$300 + HST depending on usage and duration.

  • Licence for projects with country-wide distribution, including advertising, product marketing, or editorial campaigns. Pricing starts at $400–$600 + HST.

  • For projects distributed across multiple countries or globally, including advertising, campaigns, or editorial work. Custom pricing based on scope and usage.

  • Licensing for editorial, press, or journalistic use. Includes publication rights for newspapers, magazines, or online media. Pricing starts at $100–$300 + HST per usage, depending on outlet and circulation.

FAQ

  • Fees may apply for sessions outside of central Ottawa or multiple locations. This covers mileage, transit, and parking costs.

  • Packages include a non-exclusive licence for personal or small business use only. Editorial, journalistic, or commercial usage requires an extended licence and may incur additional fees depending on scope and distribution.

  • Covers planning, communication, scheduling, contracts, invoicing, and secure delivery of your edited images.

  • Basic editing is included in all packages. Advanced retouching (skin smoothing, object removal, heavy manipulation) may incur additional fees.

  • Some shoots require extra team members (assistants, stylists). Any crew costs will be itemized in your quote.

  • Special equipment needs (lighting, lenses, props) may result in additional gear fees, which will be included in your estimate.

  • A non-refundable retainer secures your session date. This is applied toward your total invoice.
